TPN Partners Master the Art of Sales
Just a few months ago, Partners from across the network came together for a high-impact sales training session, delivered by Kennedy Ross, the UK’s top provider.
At TPN, we’re committed to investing in the growth of our people, and our network. As we approach 25 years of The Pallet Network, we want to ensure employees and Partners are in the best position to continue delivering excellence.
Delving into the psychology behind sales, better understanding both ourselves and our customers, and learning how to deliver difficult news in a constructive way made for an insightful and memorable session. It was great to see the trainers engaging everyone in such a positive and effortless way, and the feedback we received proved that the Partners and TPN employees in attendance felt the same way.
In fact, we were so confident in the impact this session had that we knew we had to get another one booked in. Next month, we’ll be getting together once again, to learn 4 Steps to New Business Success.
We know the personal approach Kennedy Ross take contributed to the positive feedback received after the last session, and everyone who attended said that they felt more confident in handling difficult situations, and came away with a deeper understanding of people’s personality types and how to approach them.
And we definitely heard several “I can’t wait for the next one” and “that was even better than I expected” comments on the way out.
