Holiday Entitlement: Holiday entitlement is 28 days including bank holidays, which increases with length of service to a maximum of 33 including bank holidays. (entitlement for part time workers will be pro-rated)
Pension: All employees are auto-enrolled into our Scottish Widows pension after 3 months employment and the company contributes 3% of their monthly salary to the scheme on their behalf. Each employee is able to track their contributions via an online portal.
Employee Training and Development: We organise and pay for various training and development opportunities.
iForce Marketzone Discount: TPN is part of a broad logistics family alongside iForce, so we are able to access 20% staff discount on iForce’s product purchasing website.
Car Parking: We have a large secure, access-controlled car park which is free for TPN staff and visitors.
Uniform: We provide either part or full uniform, dependant on your role. The uniform is comfortable yet smart.
Eyecare Scheme: We partner with Specsavers to offer free eye tests to VDU users, and if glasses are needed for work, a generous contribution towards glasses. If you work in our warehouse and wear prescription glasses, we provide a voucher for you to choose and order prescription safety glasses via Specsavers.
