Congratulations are in order for TPN Partner, Riva South, who have been awarded The Road to Net Zero Award 2026 in recognition of their outstanding contribution to DP World’s Low Carbon Truck Programme (LCTP).
The award was presented for achieving 100% HVO withdrawal during the first payout period. Their engagement and collaboration throughout the Low Carbon Truck Programme have played an important role in showcasing how hauliers can successfully adopt alternative fuels and contribute to the industry’s decarbonisation journey. The progress made is a reflection of the dedication and support of the entire team at Riva South.
DP World UK’s Low Carbon Truck Programme helps HGV operators using London Gateway and Southampton ports reduce transport emissions while preparing for the future of zero-emission freight.
The programme is delivered to members in two phases. Phase one offers discounted access to Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO), and phase two is EVITA – the Electric Vehicle Introduction and Transition Accelerator – a practical electric truck rental trial designed to help hauliers test, learn and adapt in real-world operating conditions.
