Rogers Transport meets strong organic growth with measured expansion

Pallet numbers have soared for Tadley-based Rogers Transport since it joined TPN, reaching between 100-150 a night. The company which has a background in aviation haulage and general distribution, has a strong mix of clients including ambient goods and landscaping and garden materials, such as compost.

“We have taken on four new drivers recently, and two more staff members for the office to cope with customer demand,” says co-owner Emma Rogers. “We’ve also invested in new liveried TPN trailers.”

Growth has largely been organic with existing customers expanding their operations and word of mouth referrals. “We cover the Reading area between RG7-29 for TPN and the service standards are so high it is neither hard to attract customers nor to keep them. Excellence sells itself.”
