Kee Action Sports is the largest supplier to the paintball industry in the UK, distributing to dealers and adrenaline sports centres throughout the UK. It uses Colchester-based TPN Member Pallet Plus to send out its 30 next-day consignments each week.
“We sell the paintballs, the markers, protective clothing and visors and everything else you need for the sport,” says Louise Wright, sales and operations coordinator at Kee Action.
“We have just renewed our distribution contract with Pallet Plus for the third year running. The growth of our own business has been matched by them and they have made constant investment in equipment and staff which is something we look for in a long-term business partner,” she says. “The overall service is excellent and the professional friendly approach is not only enjoyed by us but also our customers.”
Pallet Plus is a full-service logistics operation with a fleet comprising vehicles of all sizes from vans to 44-tonne artics. Director Gary Rowe says: “We go out of our way to tailor our service to the customer. For instance, we always confirm delivery with the recipient by email but we can personalise the email to our customer by adding thank yous, or promotional material to encourage people to buy again. We’re not just focusing on a delivery then but a full customer experience.”
