JSE Transport offers monthly feedback to customers

Durham-based TPN Member JSE Transport has raised its game for customers by providing detailed monthly feedback reports tailored to each account. The feedback includes numbers of consignments, and the proportion with any issue arising or damage, with a detailed record of each.

Principal John Edmunds says: “This kind of performance feedback is not readily provided by transport services. It is a solid commitment to our customers to hit their performance targets.”

He says the company has also been proving high standards through a Bronze FORS accreditation with Transport for London, and is now working towards both silver FORS accreditation and ISO standards.

“2015 is an exciting time for us at JSE with investments scheduled over the next four years’ worth £250,000, to build and enhance our services, including premises and new vehicles, the first of which has arrived,” says Edmunds. “We have also taken on Sam Edmunds to oversee compliance, driver management and KPIs.”
