Fleetstyle Distribution sees Pepper the Pallet Cat safely home – in Wales

Facebook users throughout the UK will be relieved to know little Welsh marmalade cat Pepper, found hiding out in our Swansea depot, has been safely returned to his family.

The cat was found by Fleetstyle Distribution’s team among the pallets it had collected from the Midlands Hub. However further investigation and a nationwide appeal which included the BBC Midlands, showed Pepper’s family lived far closer to home.

“The cat had been missing for some months and his family were pining for him,” says MD Chris Downing. “His home is only five miles from us. We think he has been sleeping on the warm trucks when they come in at night.”

Pepper has obviously enjoyed the life in a logistics yard – but his family hopes his trucking days are now behind him.

Fleetstyle would like to thank everyone who helped to reunite Pepper with his people.
