Automotive paint distributor praises 2MV

Havant-based MIPA Paints Ltd, part of German paint manufacturer MIPA, distributes car paint and aerosols to the bodyshop industry and distributors throughout the UK.  It sends its small consignments as parcels but the rest it trusts to Portsmouth-based 2MV to deliver through the TPN network.

“We send 70 to 100 pallets a week and it’s growing,” says MIPA customer services advisor Emma Rowley. “Some customers’ orders can be delivered within two days, but next day delivery is more common. Most customers want the product to go straight out the door.”

Emma Rowley says 2MV is very reliable in helping them to hit these demanding customer targets. “They are very good. As soon as we ring up, 2MV organises the delivery for us, and will be as flexible as they can. Many of our customers also want ETAs on their delivery so 2MV Logistics provide those too.

“It’s really a very efficient service,” she says.
