TPN's management team is long established, experienced and totally committed to the Membership and their customers.

 

Adam Leonard - Managing Director.  Adam Joined TPN in 2001 as General Manager of Operations.  He has extensive experience within the UK road freight industry and the Pallet Network model.  His experience includes membership of a network as a depot as well as key positions in competitor pallet networks.

 

Adam's philosophy is growth based upon customer service and adherence to TPN standards at all levels.  He has a policy of rigorous enforcement to ensure Members and their customers receive service levels beyond their expectation.  Contact Adam

 

John Bowers - Finance Director.  John joined TPN as Financial Controller in June 2001 after many years in similar roles throughout a variety of industries.  His vast experience has allowed TPN's much admired Central Billing function to become the bedrock of TPN's financial stability as well as offering help and advice to TPN Members.

 

John's support and enthusiasm for the Pallet Network model has ensured the business continues to evolve and retain its position as the UK and Ireland's foremost quality network.

 

 

Mark Cox - Operations Director.  Mark joined The Pallet Network in April 2010 having gained over 20 years experience Managing and developing both own account and 3rd party distribution operations within mainland Europe and the UK.

 

Mark’s role is to ensure the Hub operation and its staff performs at optimum efficiency whilst at the same time oversee and monitor the overall Network’s performance and compliance. Mark strongly believes in challenging working practices and methodologies to ensure both the Hub and the Network achieves continual evolution, development, performance improvement and growth.

 

Peter Day - Network Development Manager.  Peter has been with TPN since its inception and his vast knowledge of transport companies throughout the UK has resulted in TPN's stable and operationally excellent Membership.

 

Peter has many years experience within all forms of the industry and has been involved with many of the Pallet Networks in the sector.  His role is to identify potential new Members for the Network as well as assisting in the development of existing companies and his background in sales has been invaluable to TPN's development.
