CK Transport says TPN is about quality
Croydon-based CK Transport’s customers are staying loyal to TPN throughout the recession because of the high levels of service and the economies the pallet network delivers believes director Paul Cornelis, who has seen volumes through the depot remaining steady throughout the recession. He cites one new customer who joined in January. "An office supplies firm, Stewart Superior, has put between 20 and 25 pallets a week through CK Transport since January all on timed deliveries. The other depots haven’t let us down once and this customer is very happy with the service they receive." Despite his customers being affected by recession Cornelis believes CK has been protected by the high quality standards of TPN. "Everyone is feeling the pinch but TPN is about quality of service not quantity and our customers appreciate this."
